SeaBird Exploration is currently looking for Captains, DP Captains and Officers, Chief Officers and Chief Engineers and 2nd Engineers for our fleet of 2D/3D and DP Seismic Research Vessels
Qualifications and skills:
Seismic / Offshore vessel experience required for Captain and Chief Engineer positions
Seismic / Offshore experience preferred for other positions
STCW 95 certification relevant to position applied
Excellent verbal and written English communication Skills
Medically fit for offshore duty
Seismic positions:
Party Chiefs
Navigators: All Positions
Observers: All Positions
Mechanics: All Positions
• Previous relevant experience in marine seismic 2D or 3D operations.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Medically fit for offshore duty
Field Engineers
Mechanical, Instrumentation and Navigation
- Extensive experience in senior/chief position on-board Marine Seismic Vessel
- Firm commitment to HSSEQ
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
