- Color/ recent ID photo– passport size with white background
- Photocopy of passport with expiry date
- Photocopy of seaman’s book with expiry date
- Photocopies of all certificates with expiry dates
- Photocopies of vaccines, including Yellow Fever, with expiry date
- Photocopy of maritime medical certificate
Without these documents and Application Form, your candidacy can’t be taken into consideration.
